Gorgeous elegant Victorian house. Furnished so beautifully. Stunning sitting room with original features. Lovely bedroom with comfy bed. Spotless. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful.

The location is very convenient, only a modest walk from the town centre and the railway station, yet readily accessible by car and with good on-site parking. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, individually cooked and with a wide choice of options. It makes an equally good base whether you are staying for business or for pleasure.

"Best place to stay in Irvine"

The room was clean and well organized. It had a wonderful bathroom with a large tub and a separate shower. All well done and modern . The breakfast was terrific. We were catered to every need. Everything was cooked to order and we'll prepared.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would stay here again.
