Good location, clean bathroom, comfy large bed. Nice balcony area to chill.

The wifi was extremely weak, barely worked. In the room, and out in the common area.

Upon arrival, we were told that the check-in time had ended, and our room had been given to someone else. In other places, they always call or message guests to confirm whether they will be arriving! Our bus was delayed, and we arrived at 9 PM. The place was open, the owner was at the reception, but our name wasn’t even on the list! We weren’t even registered, despite having a reservation for two nights. Because of this, at 9 PM, after a full day of traveling with our luggage, we had to look for another place to stay! The second person at the reception, who came to tell us that our room had been given away, was rude and unwilling to communicate.

Great location, a big room and very helpful staff.

Excellent generally speaking.The coffee shop behind the hotel owned by the same group, and made decent coffee at a good price. Hot water plus cold was free.

Nothing at the price. Room fridge a bit shakey. Town centre a decent walk away, but proximity to river made up for it.

It was okay for the price.. little disappointed with the bus I got from them to SIEM reap... Other than that was fine. The street it's on was a bit dirty but the hotel was fine.

Pretty much everything was great. Really handy, really good value - very clean and the bikes they rent are in really good condition. Perfect for the Bokor national park.
