"Quiet canal-side setting"

It soon became evident that the hut is not for a mature traveler. Sopha kindly transferred me to a studio. Aircon and hot water shower worked well. The setting is pretty, by a small canal. The host is charming, proactive in arranging transport and tour activities and speaks good English.

The shiny synthetic bedding (no top sheet) is unsuitable for a hot climate. Breakfast choices are very limited.

"Tranquil and relaxing"

Lovely and peaceful, just what we needed after Bangkok and Phnom Penh to unwind. Staff were welcoming and helpful and bungalow was basic but clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Kayaking down the river was great fun. It’s a little bit out of Kompot but easy and cheap to get a Tuk Tuk wherever you want to do. Would highly recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!

Staff is gentle.

4 km from Kampot and there is nothing near the place. Not well maintained. View from the terrasse ... Trashes.
