"There were cockroaches in the bathroom ..no soap dish"

Sharing kitchen facilities ..there was alcohol in the fridge... Kids were very rowdy.... Only 1 x plug in the room

Location

Terrible stay. Very dirty stinky. No nothing even to boil the water in. Matrasses are all dirty smelly and hard. Not safe for children at all! The TV is not working too many mosquitoes

staff was friendly and really made us comfortable.The location is good walking distance to every thing

Location was noisy on the main road.Beds need replacing.The small room upstair have a bar fridge but no kettle The room at the bottom have a small fridge but nothing fits The hot water was a problem in bathrooms.The swimming pool was dirty.

Very nice and clean.. pleasant surroundings.

Mattress were horrible🙃 Kitchen could really be upgraded a bit? A dedicated smoking area downstairs would be great,.. not at tables in front of rooms.

Very good location, near to everything. Walking distance to most shops etc, so that was nice. Staff were very friendly to us. The place inside was outdated but neat. Value for money.

We were in a room downstairs, so the noise you hear from the upstairs guests can get quite load. We also understood the no alcohol rule, but it would have been nice to have been told about this upfront.
