SK Lisboa Villa Guesthouse

Close to the airport, perfect for us as we drove out of Lisbon the next morning. The bed is comfortable and the shower has good hot water

The room is quite small but that was okay for us as we were just staying the night after a late flight into Lisbon, but if you stay for a while there is not much room for luggage

מיקום שקט נוח ועם המון מקום חניה (בתשלום מקומי), לא במרכז העיר. במרחק 7-10 הליכה מסעדות ובתי קפה מקומיים איכותיים (לא תיירותיים) מרחק 3 דקּ תחנת אוטובוס, מרחק 8 דק' תחנת מטרו איתה אפשר להגיע למרכז ב10-15 דקות (תלוי לאיפה במרכז) מדובר בחדר עם שירותים ומקלחת פרטיים. אנחנו לקחנו עם 2 חדרי שינה. הבית עצמו נקי מאוד והמתקנים חדשים, כל הריהוט איכותי, מיטה, מזרון וכריות נוחים. מטבח משותף נקי איכותי ונוח. מקום לשים אוכל במקרר, יש תנור, מיקרו וכלי בישול. הכל נקי וחדש. הלן - המארחת מקסימה ועוזרת בשמחה להתמצא ולקבל טיפיים לגבי השהות ומקומות לבילוי, לאכול ועוג.

Was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Best place to rest in a calm place

Room was accessible at 2pm and all information to access room was provided ahead of time. Kitchen was tidy and clean. 2 bottles of water and 2 coffee pods/coffee maker in room. Instructions were clearly printed for everything. Very spacious room.

The bracket for the hose-end shower sprayer is broken (not apparent until the water is turned on) and will not stay in place. This resulted in water spraying all over outside of the shower. The room was a bit noisy until very late at night mostly from people outside the building. We were unable to get any of the parking apps to work and had to feed coins into the meter (we tried two of four apps). Parking is conveniently located but can only purchase 4 hours of parking at a time from the machine. Parking must be paid from 8am until 7pm to park there.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits vor unserer Ankunft sämtliche Informationen gesandt, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir durften unser Gepäck bereits am Vormittag unterstellen. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Kaffee- und Teezubehör) waren sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Metro-Station Roma ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Muito Obrigada, Helen:)

They tried to charge me for some dirt or mud. I got on the sheet when I sat down. It was very small very minor. The sheet was 20 bucks and they tried to charge us like 200 bucks. Despite the fact the stain was very small and easily could come out.
