It was clean

We were quite disappointed with our stay and don’t feel it represented good value for money. Firstly, there was no assistance with check-in, which made arrival difficult—especially given the many stairs required to carry luggage up to the room. This should be clearly communicated or supported. The property also advertised as soundproofed, which was not accurate. Noise travels very easily, and we were even verbally confronted by other guests simply for normal activities like walking around and using the shower, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. There were also very basic amenities missing, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the morning—something we would expect at this price point. The surrounding area was also quite limited, with not much nearby in terms of convenience or atmosphere. Overall, the accommodation felt very basic and did not meet expectations based on its rating. We would not consider it good value for what we paid.

Very efficient, clean, most comfortable beds of our vacation, appreciated the air conditioning and coffee/tea.
