The host was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire stay, which we really appreciated. Their responsiveness and friendliness made the experience smoother.

We understand that this is Alfama and some level of noise comes with the neighborhood’s lively character, which is part of the experience. However, there are still improvements that could be made to better reduce the impact indoors. Unfortunately, beyond the location itself, the apartment is also in serious need of renovation and updating, as its condition did not fully meet expectations in terms of comfort.

It was great in April but without air conditioning I would not personally take it in the summer months.

Great starting point for a lisbon sightseeing experience

The location was amazing just outside the castle walls, restaurants, and stores nearby.

With flights arriving early in the morning and check in not until late in the afternoon would be helpful to have somewhere to store luggage at the facility. The options provided nearby were very expensive and still a five minute walk uphill on cobblestones only to get to the apartment and go up three flights of stairs. I would recommend not using Bounce for luggage storage, but use the tourism office.

Location was pretty good, bathroom was huge. Wifi was good

Was a very noisy location, both of us barely slept during our two night stay. Coffee in the morning was a kettle and dried coffee packs

Location was the only good thing.

The building is left to rot. The room is not the same as the photos. The sheets were not clean and with stains. The walls were falling because of some water leak from upstairs or from the roof. One window glass was held with tape, the glass of one of the room windows.

Loved being here, it was perfect for us. The host was so helpful and generous in letting us check in early, it made our day a lot easier. The location was awesome- right on those romantic cobbled streets of Alfama but just off the main road so it wasn't too loud or intense. Felt like a little private gem, even though it's totally central and easy to access. The code and lockbox made things easy. The bed was cozy, bathroom was stellar and really nicely decorated/designed. I really wish we could have stayed longer. The staff even made sure to wish me a happy birthday which was very sweet! Everything felt easy, breezy and we could tell the place had been well taken care of.

Absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to come back one day.
