Sinceramente não sei.

A casa de banho o chuveiro faz muito barulho, no quarto o teto fazia muito Barulho devido água que vinha de cima acho eu, a fronha e toalha estavam com manchas e o quarto não estava com um cheiro agradável.

Tive que aguardar 40 minutos para ter acesso ao local , porque não atendiam e nem tinha enviado os códigos de acesso , assim que entrei toda roupa da cama este muito suja , para serem trocadas aguardei perto de uma hora prejudicando meu horário de descanso.
