Entraram em contato comigo pós check-out para dizer que haviam encontrado um bem meu no quarto e consegui recuperar, fiquei muito contente por isso. Otima localização, metrô e bondinho bem próximos a hospedagem, tem tudo o precisa ao redor e é bem perto da praça do comércio. O quarto estava bem arrumado e limpo, cama confortável. Consegui deixar as malas e tomar um banho antes do horário do check in que é um ponto muito positivo.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were great. Location was brilliant. Great noise cancelling when the windows were closed.

Area has a lot of people hanging around in doorways, especially after 9pm.
