A disponibilidade de todos os funcionários , bem como a sua simpatia! Foram impecáveis!!

A distância das escadas (pós elevador) para os quartos, é menos acessível para levar as malas. No entanto não foi o problema, porque pelo menos tem elevador e as escadas eram pouquinhas

"Aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente."

La limpieza

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien el control a distancia, deduje que el aparato estaba manipulado porque siempre tenía la misma temperatura o solo ventilador a pesar que dos veces tuve que bajar a recepción. En este aspecto regular.

Fui bem atendido e foi uma pessoa prestável.

Como me lesionei no gémio da perna esq., na competição desportiva que efectuei neste dia como é natural senti alguma dificuldade no subir/descer escadas para o elevador.
