Location was perfect, close to everything. Rooms were very clean, definitely recommend

The Hostel itself was spotless and maintained daily with rooms being cleaned and beds made every morning. The location of the place makes it extremely accessible to all of old Madrid. There is also a mass of bars and restaurants right down stairs. I must also compliment the staff who were all very friendly and helpful, even willing to look after our luggage while we went to Toledo.

The only negative is because of where you are in the heart of the action, it can get very noisy especially on a Friday night. Otherwise great value.

Struttura in posizione davvero centralissima, ideale per visitare Madrid a piedi e avere tutto a portata di mano. La nostra camera affacciava direttamente sulla strada principale, quindi si percepiva un po' di rumore proveniente dai locali sottostanti; tuttavia, gli infissi sono moderni e garantiscono un ottimo isolamento acustico. La stanza era confortevole, con letti molto comodi, aria condizionata efficiente e Wi-Fi veloce e stabile. Un altro grande punto di forza è la reception sempre presidiata: il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

L'unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il bagno, in particolare la zona doccia, che è piuttosto piccola e mostra qualche segno del tempo. Nonostante questo, l'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva e consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca una soluzione comoda e centrale per soggiornare a Madrid.

We got exactly what we were expecting and it was nice! You could control your own AC and it was fairly quiet from street noise.

No hair conditioner and the walls were thin so you could hear people in other rooms, but not so bad.

La ubicación es genial, al lado de Puerta del Sol.
