Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Madrid. La stanza pulita e il personale gentile.

La mia stanza era molto piccola, anche per una sola persona. Purtroppo le stanze non sono per nulla insonorizzate.

Very clean and updated. The staff is very nice. Location is a reasonable walk to Metro and bus stops, and not far to the Prado and to restaurants and cafes.

It’s advertised as a room with a balcony but actually the balcony is completely filled with the air conditioning unit. However with the warm weather an air conditioner wins over an open balcony!

Lo mejor, la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama. La habitación y el baño muy pequeños, pero sin ruidos externos, con lo necesario, secador de pelo, tv de buen tamaño, excelente ducha. Hay un acceso por ascensor. Lo peor: la atención, respuestas monosilábicas, cero predisposición hacia el viajero. Quien me atendió al llegar, bastante mejor que la mujer mayor que parece estar con más permanencia. Es una buena opción, bastante cerca del centro
