"Recommend but be Aware of the Noise"

Very welcoming and helpful staff. They did everything they could to provide me with a great room. Also, very clean premises and extremely clean rooms. My room was so clean, I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The mattress and pillow were also very good. And the room had an air freshener so it always smelled amazing. The shower's water pressure was also great. The room also had plenty of power and USB sockets.

Noise insulation. You can literally hear everything when people pass by your room or your neighbours chatting inside their rooms. I could also hear the sewage system every time someone flushed the toilet, had a shower or used the bathroom sink. So, you essentially can't go to sleep until the last person decides to go to sleep. The good thing was that all the noise would stop by midnight, so I could leave with that.

"Estadia confortável numa excelente zona de Madrid."

Localização perfeita perto do parque do Retiro e com bom comércio à volta. Zona segura. Cama confortável e quarto com ar condicionado.

Muito ruído à noite nos apartamentos adjacentes e no andar de cima. Vista da janela é para uma parede.
