La ubicación

No disponer de consigna para dejar la maleta el día de salida. Tuvimos que estar 10 horas con la maleta a cuestas, desde 10 de la mañana que dejamos la habitación hasta las 8 de la tarde que nos salió el tren. Eso es algo que deberían solucionar.

"Un par de dias estupendos para disfrutar de la zona."

La ubicacion, cerca del parque del Retiro era ideal para ir al centro dando un paseo sin el bullicio del centro.

El baño era un poco pequeño aunque suficiente para un par de noches.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del Retiro y del Movistar Arena. No es demasiado caro. Tiene lo necesario para pasar un par de días en la ciudad.

Instalaciones un poco anticuadas.

La ubicación, la atención recibida y que nuestra habitación estaba bastante bien insonorizada en comparación con otros hostales similares.

"Muy bien por la ubicación"

La ubicación porque está muy cerca del Retiro y en una zona muy bonita y es muy fácil visitar otros lugares bonitos de Madrid, La limpieza también estuvo muy bien,

No hay televisión y el internet es pésimo. La comunicación fue mínima con el personal a cargo, ya que solo lo reciben y le dan instrucciones y no se vuelven a ver.
