Great location, walking distance from Retiro park, Alcala street and 2 metro stations. Good building, clean room, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Nice staff, good communication, they were willing to refund me for a portion of my booking that I didn't use because I miscalculated the number of nights that I would need. Generally, the room was much nicer then I expected from the photos.

The room is small and the bathroom very small, but functional. There is an air-condition but it's pre-set with simply an on/off button. No coffee/tea/water bottles. The walls are very thin and you will hear a guest next door if they, let's say, turn on the TV at night - and vice versa. That said, this happened only once for a few minutes. Not much light in the room as it looks on a wall. Still, if used mainly for sleeping and shower, this place is a good option as the location is great.
