Location is great, hospitality is superb, super clean

I liked the location it was very accessible to the main sites in Madrid

I didnt like that i have to give my keys when i left the room, and that i have to keep asking to get in.

Location is great just in the middle of everything and with walkable distance to the main attractions, museums and park The apartment is just 10m from the Plaza del Sol in pedestrian zone. Room is comfortable safe and clean.

We did not like just a one thing. There were no facilities for making tea or coffee. Everything else was fine.

Excellent staff. Wonderful and helpful. Excellent location.

Lo céntrico que está y el servicio. Recepción 24 h y limpieza total.

El ruido que había. No está insonorizado y era imposible descansar. Tampoco entendí por qué tenías que dejar la llave de tu habitación cada vez que salías para saber si estabas dentro o fuera de la habitación. Me chocó un poco y me costó adaptarme a eso.

Ubicación excepcional. Personal muy amable.

L hôtel est idéalement situé. Nous avons toutt pu faire à pieds. Le personnel était très accueillant, sympathique et serviable.
