Estuve muy cómoda , todo estaba muy limpio, y buena atención 👍🏻 volvería a ir sin ninguna duda, todo muy correcto 👌.

No me gusto el restaurante , que esta fuera en la misma cera de los 5 pinos , entremos x que creímos que era también del hotel , ya que se llamaba 5 pinos también, y fué un horror, muy mal servicio y comida fatal , la dejamos toda en los platos , fuimos x la tarde. Estaba sucio y los dos camareros que habían hicieron un trabajo negativo total.

Ubicación y comunicación de autobús para ir al Campo del Atlético. Personal muy agradable.

Quizás este tan cerca de la carretera , que los coches y motos trucadas se escuchan desde la habitación.

la limpieza sin duda lo mejor, la ubicación perfecta sobre todo para aparcar

eso si lejos del centro de Madrid, Está justo al lado de la autovía asi es que suena bastante los coches

Lugar muy agradable cómodo, limpio y bastante silencioso en el alrededor, en un barrio de villas bonitas y tranquilas. Conté con disponibilidad de que la habitación estuviera preparada e ingresé antes del check in. Personal amable y cerca al aeropuerto.

Debido a tanto silencio en el alrededor se escucha movimientos y sonidos de otros huéspedes peor no interrumpe el sueño.
