"Lovely city, nice people, atmosphere of positiveness"

No breakfast as it was a pensionable. Location was very good and public transport to center etc was excellent. Also getting the general ticket for 10 journeys was easy: station staff most helpful.

No coffee or tea making facilties in the room, not even a kettle or cups or glasses for drinking, even water

"Good place for a short stay alone"

The room is clean and moslty quiet. The location is great, and a lot of restaurants around. Good experience so far.

Some noise around, a little hot, could easily hear the other rooms, a little expensive.

Einfache, aber gemütliche und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer schönen Gegend von Madrid. U-Bahn und gute Restaurants in der Nähe

Leider nur Gemeinschaftsbäder (sehr sauber), ansonsten Preis/Leistung absolut empfehlenswert

Vengo a Madrid por trabajo y me sorprendió para bien. Aunque es un hotel de una estrella, está muy limpio y cuidado. Para unos días de trabajo es perfecto porque es práctico y tranquilo. Además, la persona que atiende es muy amable, te lo explica todo con paciencia y hace que la estancia sea mucho más cómoda.

Quizá es un alojamiento sencillo y sin muchos extras, pero cumple muy bien para estancias cortas. No tengo nada especialmente negativo que destacar.

Excellent location! Close to the center, many restaurants and shops near the hotel, walking distance to the main attractions in Madrid. Exceptional service. The room is very clean and cleaned every day. The shower is excellent, the water flow is strong and everything is clean.

Very small room but still has a closet and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is small and cramped.
