Residenza Già Antico Forno

Mattia was extremely helpful and we had great communication with him throughout our stay. The whole apartment was wonderful and the balcony had a view to die for. Absolutely amazing. We do however think it would benefit from some new patio furniture as the current ones are a little old and wobbly. It would also be great if there was an iron at the property. Spiral staircase up to the apartment was fine for us but not for those with mobility issues. Overall a great apartment in the heart of the town. The location just off Piazza del Sedile is also great for local bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. We had a car, which you cannot take into the centre, we were fortunate to find a free parking area at the top of Via Lanera, above Parking Sant’Isidoro, which costs about €20 per day. I would recommend a taxi if you have luggage even though the cost is €15, especially back to the car, as it’s uphill.

The spiral staircase up to the apartment is a little tricky, especially with a large suitcase.

Very nice room with a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the city. Pleace note that there are sstairs leading up to the terrace. The accomodation is right in the city center. We were very satisfied. Highly recommended. I plan to visit Matera again and will definitely stay here again.

La chambre était très bien située, propre, la literie de très bonne qualité. On a tout apprécié dedans. Mattia a été très réactif pour toute question. Je recommande ce logement.

Bellissimo appartamento in piena Piazza del Sedile. Vicino a tutto. Comodo, confortevole e impeccabile!

L’emplacement

La chambre est sombre( elle est vraiment au fond d’une ruelle), minimaliste et légèrement humide. De plus, le petit déjeuner n’est pas assuré par l’hôte mais on nous envoie dans un café du coin avec un voucher. Sur place, le choix est indigent. Vous avez le droit à un croissant et un capucino, mais pas de thé sauf si vous payez un supplément. En conclusion, le principe du petit déjeuner compris dans le prix est une arnaque car ce type de petit déjeuner vaut au maximum 5€ et il vous l’intègre dans le prix de la chambre en vous le vendant comme « an Italian breakfast »

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, daher kann man auch nicht direkt mit dem Auto anreisen. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einem Café ums Eck.

Da decoração, dos recursos tecnológicos, da limpeza e disponibilidade do anfitrião

Seria adequado ter mais um banheiro e também informar sobre obras no entorno da acomodação.
