"Arrêt parfait pour découvrir Matera côté "Sassis" et côté ville pour aller manger"

Mignon petit logement très bien situé, proche du Duomo et de St F D'Assise avec une belle terrasse privée à l'étage du logement lui-même. Chouette vue sur le quartier. Belle déco simple. Lit confortable et assez large. SDB ok et chauffage +++ Contacts via WhatsApp très rapides et faciles. Personne sur place (QR code pour entrer).

Un petite vidéo de la place del Sedile et du passage jusqu'à la porte d'entrée serait un plus (simplicité et rapidité pour trouver). Etroitesse et difficulté de l'escalier à l'intérieur du logement pour passer du hall d'entrée à la zone chambre/SDB avec ses bagages. Le fait que le petit déjeuner soit à l'extérieur (bar/pizza en face), on ne profite pas assez de la terrasse. Le café ouvre en principe à 8h30 mais pas toujours ponctuel (! avion) et que du sucré (pas de salé).
