Erg vriendelijke mensen, prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk eten. Het ligt wat afgelegen maar ze maken in de avond heerlijke curry. Mooi zwembad en prima kamers. In de ochtend hebben we een wandeling gemaakt met een van de medewerkers die ons uitleg gaf over alles wat er groeit en geteeld wordt. Behulpzame, lieve mensen. Echt een aanrader

"Awesome hotel!"

A bit off the road, but absolutely worth it. It is a small hotel nestled within a huge piece of forest and farm. Quiet nights, lots of beautiful vegetation to check out, as well as animals! The rooms and the pools is clean, the view is spectacular. All the staff is great and the food was delicious. Christopher, the manager, was very supportive and helpful in proposing and arranging for intereresting itineraries. In the Matale area there is plenty of things to see and also to enjoy outdoors! I couldn’t have picked a better place to start of my Sri Lanka adventure.

Nothing. Only that I didn’t end up seeing wild elefants while I was there.

Very nice and helpful staff, happy to advise and help with everything. Breakfast was great and if you pay for dinner, you get one of the best rice and curry! The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the pool is priceless! ❤️

"Stunning view in the middle of nowhere"

It turned out that we were the only guests, and we felt like really special ones. We were welcomed with fresh juice and a nice conversation by two lovely waiters/kitchen chefs. The view is amazing—better than in the photos. Breakfast was delicious. Our room had a cute balcony on the back side, and it was super quiet. The room was clean, and the staff were really attentive. They helped us organize a tuk-tuk to the city and arranged a car to take us on a full-day trip with a few stops along the way.
