Seoul station 4min, perfect for family group

The location is great! It’s near train station, Seoul tower, two night market, underground shopping. The room is so spacious for a family and we have our own rooms, beds, 2 bathroom, kitchen, eating area and living room area. The best part is there is laundry! The host is so accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and bringing them up to our room!

5 flights of stairs and incline up to the location but we are more fit now!

Clean and big rooms.

If only the building has stairs as elderly had difficulties climbing all the way up.

This was a very nice, clean and we'll equipped apartment, we were a family of 4 adults and there was ample room for us all, location was perfect to Seoul station, short walk uphill and 5 flights of stairs, but after a few days in Seoul you get use to hills, if you are looking for location and value for money then this is the place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Such a lovely house, conveniently located, Seoul station 10min, Seoul subway 8min. This house has everything you need for cooking and spacious rooms. Heater and hot water are always available. You can reach anywhere in Seoul in 40min. Host Chunki is a very nice guy and very helpful, responds to messages quickly. We stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, Busan but this apartment was the best

Nothing to complain.

The owner was very helpful and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything. The location was perfect as it is a short distance from Seoul station and close to multiple bus stops

The shower only had really hot water or really cold water no in between

A very clean and spacious 3br apartment. Perfect for us 4. The facilities they had were perfect too, with a fully equipped washing machine and dryer. The hosts were also friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions/messages we had.

Location! Walking distance to Namdaemun Market, MyungDong, and Seoul Station. Very convenient to travel about, for we took several trips to other parts of Korea such as taking bus to SuWon; Incheon, KTX to Busan; flew to Jeju as well as meeting DongBaek Tours at the Seoul Station. Also the building is very close to subway and bus stops. Amenities! We were very impressed with the kitchen amenities even though we didn't cook. Also the laundry facility was key to staying for 3 weeks during hot and muggy weather. The host also kidnly arranged for us taxi from and to the ICN which was very helpful. Overall a wonderful place for 4 of us old foggies who were unfamiliar with the modern Korea.

The second bathroom is more like quarter to half bath and should be noted such. We were grateful to have a second toilet and sink, but took showers in the main bath. As indicated, one would have to walk up and down the 5 flight of stairs which is great for exercise, but it was tough after a long day.
