What I loved most about Onu Stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to help with any request. Chris, Lee and Daniel - they were simply amazing. They helped me book the DMZ tour and ensured I had all the details I needed. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Ikseon-dong, it offers easy access to countless cafés, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. The street is safe, well-lit, and lively, making it perfect for exploring both during the day and in the evening. Access to the subway and public transportation is excellent, making it easy to reach other parts of Seoul. The property itself was spotless, hygienic, and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and I especially appreciated how wonderful the property always smelled. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about this property. My stay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Seoul. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I tried to book an additional night, but unfortunately the property was already fully booked. I was genuinely disappointed because I would have loved to stay longer. Onu Stay has become my favourite place to stay in Seoul, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!

位置很好，就在鐘路3街車站附近。 鄰近益善洞景區， 旁邊也有很好烤肉店。 工作人員服務態度很好，也很客氣。

浴室排水不良，很容易淹水。

Very convenient location, rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed is super comfy too. Despite the busy area outside at night, it is surprisingly very quiet inside the building. Good value for money as well. Staff was also kind enough to offer free laundry service. I was not expecting my laundry to be neatly folded when returned back so I really appreciate it!

I wish the room was bigger but not a deal breaker since the area itself has small buildings so I understand.
