Luxury rooms Green and Gold Split

The room is a decent size, the bathroom is big and everything is new. There is a parking at the property.

This is a room in the basement of an old building. I wouldn't call it a luxury room. It's decorated really nicely and everything is new, but since it's in the basement, there is a lot of humidity in the room and the humid smell. Value for money ratio is low.

The position relative to the city centre. The included parking. The helpful owner.

Ana was very helpful regarding accommodating us and recommendations for Split. Excellent location for town. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Fridge was extremely handy for keeping water cool during hot weather. Shower, TV and Air conditioning was lovely.

Nothing! Only thing would be perhaps a complimentary bottle of water in fridge upon arrival as we arrived very late and could not access a shop.

The only thing I would suggest (even though the error was ours), is that you add in the booking.com description that the rooms are self check-in. We hadn't read a message that was sent with these instructions (which were all correct) and sat outside roasting for an hour thinking someone was arriving to check us in. As I said, it was our mistake, but if it's specified within the description old school guests like us will be ready to receive the instructions.

This is a room, so you expect less facilities, however great bathroom and cool balcony.

We had a lovely stay on our last night in Split, and really appreciated the available washing machine! The instructions for room location and entry were stellar.

Screens on doors and windows were not a thing in some of our Croatia trip lodgings, and this was one of them. As a result, we had a few mosquitoes to swat during our stay in early June.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was very nice and good size. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was coffee and tea available. Parking available

The location was far from the centre of Split and the ferry port. The owners did not even say hi. They should specify the washing machine and dryer was not allowed to use. It was switched on so we were going to use it but the owners switched off the main electricity switchers from their house before we could use it. There was no advertisement there not to use it.
