Habitación muy limpia y bellamente decorada. Anfitriona muy amable. Hermoso jardín.

Precio un poco elevado.

Soggiorno eccellente! Le camere sono piccole ma pulite e confortevoli. Ci hanno accolte con gentilezza e premura. La struttura è praticamente al centro di Spalato, con 5 min a piedi è possibile raggiungere il porto, il palazzo di Diocleziano e le spiagge di Kastelet e Kasjuni sono facilmente raggiungibili in 10 min.

Kristina muy agradable. Nos gustó mucho la zona común que hay para compartir, dejándonos toallas, gorros, sombrilla para poder usarlas. Incluso colgar ropa que habíamos lavado. Ella muy atenta en todo momento y ofreciéndose para ayudar.

La habitación es pequeña

Super Lage, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt und bei der nächsten Bushaltestelle (leider fuhren im August keine aher dafür konnte das Zimmer nichts). Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (erklärte uns über die verschiedenen Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Split. Sie war immer erreichbar falls man etwas brauchte). Schön eingerichtete Zimmer - sehr sauber (Goodies im Zimmer wie Tee, Kaffee. Ebenfalls waren Shampoo und Föhn im Bad enthalten). Außenbereich war für jeden frei zugänglich und ebenfalls idyllisch gestaltet. Ebenfalls nett: Schnorchel, Schirme oder Sonnenhüte kann man sich gratis ausborgen für den Strand Aufenthalt. Preislich können wir uns nicht beschweren, komplett im Rahmen und das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach. Great location, right in the city center and close to the nearest bus stop (unfortunately, there weren't any in August, but it's not the rooms fault). Very friendly and helpful hostess (she explained the various beaches and sights around Split to us. She was always available if we needed anything). Beautifully furnished rooms - very clean (goodies in the room like tea and coffee. Shampoo and a hairdryer were also included in the bathroom). The outdoor area was freely accessible to everyone and also idyllically designed. Also nice: snorkels, umbrellas, and sun hats were available to borrow for free on the beach. We can't complain about the price; it was completely reasonable, and the value for money was just right.

Leider sind die Wände etwas dünn, vor allem wenn andere Gäste in ihre Zimmer gehen war dies etwas laut. Wir wurden aber nie geweckt und die Lautstärke hielt sich doch in Grenzen. Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin, which made it a bit noisy, especially when other guests went to their rooms. However, we were never woken up, and the noise was still manageable

Apartment is amazing: location is great, rooms are very nice, the host is very friendly. It seems like lots of heart has veen put to make this place trully exclussive. Would highly recommend it for everyone willing to get great experience visiting Split.

Nothing - it exceeded our expectations.

Kristina was an amazing host, she helped us with advice, received us with drinks and biscuits and washed laundry at 10 pm as we had an accident with the luggage on arrival. We felt like discovering a little bit of Croatian people life by chatting with her. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, with a zen mood.

The air conditioning was not the strongest and we landed in a heatwave period. Also the water balloon was maybe slightly on the small side when you have two children who take long showers.

Beautiful compound, interior design and excellent location. Really good bathroom with great shower
