The room had a big shared balcony and had a nice outlook.

Not directly related to this property, but worth noting that if you stay in this area, you will definitely need a car to get around. Restaurants are within walking distance but that is it. No taxi services were available and the uber cost us over 100 euros to get to somewhere that was a 15 min drive away.

"Perfect Stay"

I liked everything about this property: the rooms, the location, and most of all the beautiful host, Anna. If I could have a host like Anna in every location, I would be a very happy traveller! Easy (and beautiful) walk to the main hub, to bus stops for the beach and the airport, and a picturesque scenery as soon as you walk out the gates.

The place is lovely, we felt right at home here. The location is beautiful (right by the water) as well as practical (close to the city centre). The owner is very kind, too, and even let us check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again!

Przyjemny pokoik, nasz akurat z kiepskim widokiem, ale na te dwie noce nie sprawiło to problemu. Idealna klimatazycja, cicha i dającą przyjemny chłód. Piękny wystrój.

Tylko lodówka mogłaby być lepszej jakości. Te małe słabo chodzą napoje.

La atención de Anna fue extraordinaria. Nos esperó a las 2am para hacer el check in (con suplemento de 25€). Nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida en la habitación para desayunar y nos prestó sombrillas para ir a la playa. Es una mujer encantadora. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy espaciosa, con todo lo indispensable. La ubicación está perfecta, a 10 min andando del centro de Olbia. Recomendable 100%.

Todo fue muy bien. Únicamente la última noche se estropeó el aire acondicionado pero la habitación era fresca y ni nos enteramos. Lo recomiendo.
