Ottima la posizione vicinissima al centro, ma fuori dal caos di Ubud Lo staff è stato molto gentile

Colazione scarsa sia nella scelta che nelle quantità

Super fijne ligging (net buiten de hoofdweg), grote ruime kamer met 2 balkons, het ontbijt en het vriendelijke personeel!

It’s very central but quiet. My room had a beautiful view of the rice fields. The staff is very friendly.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain but just good to know: since the accommodation is in a quieter area you can’t access it by car only by scooter. It is only a 3 min walk to the Main Street though.

De locatie was fantastisch. Dicht in de buurt van alle lekkere restaurantjes en leuke straatjes, maar niet middenin de chaos en drukte van het verkeer en toerisme…

De ligging, ruimte, hygiene en het personeel

Grande chambre, terrasse et vue sur les rizières et pas de vis à vis. Petite piscine agréable pour un bain en fin de journée . Personnel accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal dans le centre de Ubud mais a l'écart du bruit (un chemin pour accéder à l'hôtel). A proximité d'un fabuleux warung ( Gaury). Possibilité de louer un scooter et transport.

We didn't even end up staying here. The property advertises that it has the option for 2 single beds in the room, which was what we required. I booked that option and then less than two hours before our check-in time, they informed me that they didn't have any of those rooms left. If we had been told this immediately, I would have cancelled for free and booked elsewhere. Upon speaking to the man at reception, I requested that he cancel the booking so that I would not have to pay the cancellation fee (since I don't believe this was our fault.) I later made repeated requests on the app for the property to cancel the booking. All were ignored and in the end i was forced to partially pay for the booking, even though I never stayed there. This was terrible customer service from the accommodation.

L'endroit est paisible loin du bruit ambiant de le route principale bondée de voitures, scooters et touristes. Le petit déjeuner est bon, avec un choix varié. On le prend au bord de la piscine, la vue est super, on commence bien la journée. Le personnel est très gentil. Les serviettes ont été changées en cours de séjour pour éviter les odeurs.

Un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un plus.

La ubicación es perfecta, un pequeño oasis de paz en pleno centro de Ubud! A unos minutos andando de las calles más importantes. Además la atención de Wayan y de toda la familia es increíble, sonrisa desde el primer día y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con la mejor de las caras. Qué gusto!!!

Por la noche se escuchaba los ruidos de la fauna de alrededor, es algo normal! Así que tampoco lo pondría como malo :)
