Very cozy, close to everything.

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Communications were excellent as our flight was landing late and we knew we would not get to the property until 10.00pm. Janice had kindly organise a late self check in for us. The facilities were beyond expectation, with lots of small helpful touches. Coffee pods provides, spare batteries for emergency... We also had chance to meet Janice and her friendly neighbour who also welcomed us. We can highly recommend the Urban Nest, and if he have the good fortune to visit Tampa again. we will certainly be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Graham and Alex

Nothing, we did not want to leave. Tried to book an extra night but it was already booked. Look no further for a property in Tampa... It has to be the Urban Nest.

It was as advertised, easy to book and impeccably clean. All the facilities you could require were there and Janice was a great host. Would stay again when in Tampa.

my flight was delayed well into the night; I didn’t arrive till around 2AM. the property was the 5th or 6th property from the direction I was traveling. there was no street light from the corner, that I turned from; there was no light directing me into the property. I did not feel safe trying to negotiate my was into the property as there was several cars on and around the property, so I ended up finding a hotel at $530 extra expense. I would not recommend this property and feel that they misrep

very clean, nice layout (one bedroom + LR + ktichen), great shower and well stocked with supplies, including coffee.

Where do I begin!? The bed and pillows were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The accommodation was full of amenities. We appreciated the nice linens, diahwear to cook and eat with. As well as the beach chairs we enjoyed during our day trip to St. Pete. We enjoyed the location, and I would recommend a rental car as many things are 12 minutes away, St. Pete was 35-60 min depending on traffic. We were so grateful for the safe parking for our rental car. Little touches such as a candle, chargers, books, puzzles, etc. were very nice additions. If we are ever in the area again, we will absolutely book with Janice again as she was very responsive and kind.

We couldn't stay longer!

The Urban Nest was spacious for 2, very well decorated, welcoming & cheery. We were very comfortable with the excellent heating/cooling system. The shower always had hot water. The Keurig coffee maker was great. The stove heated our breakfast oatmeal fast. The queen bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast & the LG TV screen was very good with access to Prime, Netflix, YouTube etc. It was close to our relatives & easy access to restaurants, WM, gas stations etc. We felt right at home.

There was a minor leak in the bathroom which the host promptly addressed. She was very responsive & welcoming.
