La situación, tamaño de la habitación y limpieza

No poder abrir la ventana por estar atrás de calle. En invierno solo un calefactor. Solo se puede pagar en efectivo.

Gostei da hospitalidade a senhora é muito simpática, tudo muito limpo com ventoinha e aquecedor, muitas toalhas e cobertores sabão champô gel de banho, muito acolhedor senti me mesmo bem muito obrigada!

"Kleine aber feine Unterkunft, zu einem top Preis."

Für den Preis, eine top Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super, nur drei bis fünf Gehminuten von der Metrostation Trindade entfernt. Einige Lokale in fußläufiger Umgebung. Sehr nette Hausherrin, würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Einziges „Manko“, was ich aber nicht als negativ auflisten möchte: das Fenster im Bad ist zum Treppenhaus hin ;-)
