We booked a double room with 2 X double beds, we received 1 X double bed. The reception blamed us for "booking online" No sorry, no discount for the inconvenience. They were actually quite rude about it.

Breakfast OK
The towels are disgusting! Very noisy guests No key for security gate at no.5 Gate motor not working. Had to open and close manually. Surely this would be a priority for the safety of your guests and your property!

They did not mind packing a lunchbox as employee was not there for breakfast due to an early start in the morning. Booking was available on short notice. Will be back soon. Thank you
