Posizione ottimale nel centro storico, zona pedonale. Arredo nuovo. Area cucina comune, comprensiva di macchina e cialde per il caffè. Proprietario gentile e disponibile (ci ha accolto oltre l'orario di check in e assistito per il parcheggio tramite un suo collaboratore).

L'appartamento è ad un secondo piano senza ascensore. La camera e il bagno sono un po' angusti. Il letto è addossato lateralmente alla parete, per cui è disagevole salire o scendere per chi sta da quel lato. Il wc è in un loculo scomodo, soprattutto se si è corpulenti.
