Beautiful location, lovely collection of bungalows, all amenities restocked daily, lovely staff

nothing! On arrival my shower was broken and i told staff, they immediately fixed it within 20 minutes of me telling them. Can’t fault service

This is a surprisingly large property right in the middle of town with many huts – most facing into a central lawned area but far enough apart that you don't feel the need to close the curtains for privacy from facing huts. Some huts were very new and contemporary in typical Lanna colours (off-white, mission brown, with perhaps a touch of matte black), and some huts were quite old. I was in hut 16, one of the older huts. Everything worked as it should, and the hut was absolutely fine for my purposes (solo traveller with bicycle). Although described as a single room with a single bed, there was a loft upstairs (accessed via a steep ladder with a handrail and steps rather than rungs) containing a double bed mattress, and a window with a good view towards the White Buddha statue on the mountainside – which also meant it was nicely positioned for the rising sun to shine onto the bed. Excellent for this time of year (January) when Pai can get very cold in the early morning before the sun rises. I was only there for one night, unfortunately, but I could see it being a sensible place to spend a longer time. It was very quiet at night, centrally located, and close to everything. I would definitely book it again.

The quilts on the beds were a bit 'lightweight' for this time of year. Additional or thicker quilts would be recommended.

The house is in a lovely garden. Birds chirp and space between bungalows. The staff are charming and we felt Like family after a week. Love being close to all amenities.

We had a great stay here. It is in a great location to walk to restaurants in Pai and the night market. There is space to park scooters if you have one. Toilet paper and bottles of water are left outside the room each morning. We found it quiet enough at night for sleeping. Good hot shower in the bathroom.

The beds aren’t the most comfortable but this didn’t bother us

Very comfortable, well maintained and well located accommodation in the centre of Pai. The garden is an oasis of calm with beautiful plants and many seating areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, fast internet etc.
