"fotos muito diferentes da realidade, sem receção e ninguém para fazer o check in / out"

as fotos são muito diferente daquilo que é a realidade! na hora do check in e check out não estava lá ninguém, tivemos que ir a um restaurante ao lado para conseguir fazer isso mas não estava lá nada a dar essa indicação, fomos só para perguntar e tentar saber como fazer
