L’équipement et l’aménagement de la chambre, sa propreté et sa proximité avec les lieux d’intérêt. Ainsi que les horaires très souples de check in et check out.

Le bruit de circulation de la rue en contrebas.

Localização

Escadarias para os pisos superiores estreitas, sujas e cheias de bolor nas paredes, para transportar a mala até ao 4º piso fui uma grande dificuldade, e fiquei com a roupa suja dado a deterioração das paredes. O quarto tem muita humidade e bolor nas paredes, e um cheiro horrível a mofo. As portas fazem muito barulho e custa a fecha-las. Torneiras estragadas entre outras coisas mais. Não vi nenhuma licença de alojamento local e livro de reclamações.
