Very friendly people , good restaurant , perfect location , very close to Viseu . We came by bike and they let us place the bikes inside .

This is a really fantastic Quinta completely renovated and run by mother and daughter. Very comfortable and everything high quality. Daughter is also running the restaurant and we absolute recommend heaving a lunch or dinner there. The gardens are beautiful and if you bring a dog you can take your strolls on the grounds. Walking distance to the cathedral and old city of Visue

This is a lovely, independently run property that feels like you are almost in the country. The property has a lot of cultivation going on, since they try to grow many of the ingredients for their food. My room was light and airy, with a nice view of the hills just outside Viseu. The bathroom was was also nice and everything felt like newer design and construction. The owner Carolina wears many hats but is a charming, friendly, and ambitious woman who is fun to speak with. She is honest, candid, and open. She also has two sweet dogs that are often around.

The property serves numerous functions, including a place for people to host events, which can lead to having gatherings and socializing ongoing below your windows. It did not bother me, but I would have preferred not being an incidental party to these parties. They did not go late, so it did not affect my evening experience.
