El Mirador Rooms with Balcony

Everything needed, clean and good for the price!

The location is perfect, near to the center. It was clean and the hosts had taken care to have everything we needed like hot water, tea and coffee and so on.

The room is in an old apartment and the furniture is old. There was a smell from the bathroom.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: nach einigen Minuten Fußweg über die Brücke erreicht man eines der Stadttore, die in die Altstadt führen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es drei Bäckereien, zwei Supermärkte, sowie einige Cafés und Restaurants. Die gesamte Einheit ist eine Wohnung mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche und drei Zimmern, die einzeln vermietet werden. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit Allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht (Tassen, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Tee- und Kaffeezubehör, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Handtücher, WiFi). Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC, sowie einen kleinen, netten Balkon. Check-in und check-out waren unkompliziert, für den Check-in bekommt man ein Video zugeschickt, das alles sehr genau erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte sehr gut über WhatsApp. Was man aber wissen sollte, da es in der Beschreibung nicht steht: die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift - das kann für ältere Menschen oder Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ein Problem darstellen.

Die Matratze war etwas hart und durchgelegen. Sollte vielleicht einmal erneuert werden... 😉.

Ivan, the host is very kind. he instructed well before the arrival and then he also checked our car park was suitable or not location was great, it was just a few steps to the bridge. this is the best accomodation place if you have a car

building has no elevator. it is suitable for backpacker travelers

Location! Location! Super quick replies to any question that I had. We liked that the unit was well stocked with supplies (from coffee to laundry). Having a washer and dryer was great for us. Very clear check in instructions.
