El Güis hostel

Un accueil des plus chaleureux ! Tenu par une famille J'aurais aimé avoir l'occasion d'échanger avec vous plus longuement !

Hôtes adorables, petites attentions comme : jus de bienvenue et ils nous apportaient des bananes le matin. Très calme, aire pour se poser très agréable (hamacs, tables), cuisine avec l'essentiel. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Temps un peu lourd et humide donc pas mal de moucherons et fourmis.

Owner and staff were super friendly, room was clean and bathroom also. They do have laundry services and the great point is that they have solar energy, the whole town was in blackout and we still had electricity and the fan working!! (which helped a lot to sleep has weather is hot over there) Highly recommend this place :)

Die Lage ist gut, die Besitzerin und das Personal ist bemüht freundlich und hilfsbereit zu sein.

Das Zimmer ist leider kein Standard für diese Insel. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verdreckt, Ventilatoren waren defekt. Die Toilette ist ausgelaufen, die Dusche ist nur schimmelig. Überall Mücken und Insekten weil weder Fenster, Türen oder das Dach dicht ist. Das Frühstück war Okay. Wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche, vor allem nicht bei einem Hostel in der Preiskategorie. Aber wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Es ist ein Zimmer in dem man sich am liebsten gar nicht aufhalten will. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden den Aufenthalt abzubrechen und in ein anderes Hostel zu wechseln - für den gleichen Preis gibt es wirklich komfortablere Unterkünfte (auch mir besserem Frühstück). Und es ist nicht meine Art schlechte Bewertungen zu schreiben (ich hab das bisher noch nie gemacht, aber hier waren wir wirklich getäuscht von den guten Bewertungen - die konnten wir beim bestem Willen nicht nachvollziehen.)

Desde a forma como fui recebido até ao momento em que me despedi, sempre fui tratado com muita atenção e respeito. O quarto era confortável, bastante limpo e espaçoso. O espaço exterior é bastante agradável e o alojamento está situado numa zona bastante tranquila. Cheguei como hóspede, saí como amigo. Voltaria a hospedar-me aqui, sem sombra de dúvidas. Obrigado por tudo.

Nada a apontar.

Hostel situé au bord d'un chemin perpendiculaire à la route principale. C'est un petit havre de paix, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, elles sont équipées de moustiquaires et de ventilateurs. Il est très agréable de se poser sur la terrasse dans un hamac, on peut y profiter d'un environnement calme et rafraîchissant. Enfin la famille qui gère l'hostel est vraiment adorable et toujours disponible pour aider.

The host was absolutely lovely and made sure your stay was pleasant and easy, great location with the main road with everything you need at the bottom of the trail. Its very basic but for the price it's perfect

Bathroom was a little dark. The shared kitchen could have been cleaner and is maybe too basic to do any actual cooking.

The owner is nice and the location is pretty good. It’s very basic accomodation but for the price, that’s to be expected.

There were lots of ants in my room and when I killed some of them and wiped the floor, the amount of dirt that came up was crazy. All I can assume is that the floor had not been mopped for a long time. The floor outside in the hammock area was cleaner and nicer, which makes no sense.
