It is a very narrow building, The heater in my room, unfortunately does not fit with the room, is not strong enough for winter, compared to the other things, facilities, minor effect

Excellent location, the room was clean, nicely decorated and there was a heater as well, super friendly staff, the view from the rooftop was amazing! The breakfast was really good and the kitchen was well equipped. I extended my stay - would recommend!

It’s bit cold and humid in winter. But heater and dehumidifier were provided.

The breakfast is clearly the strongest point! It was excellent! With freshly pressed orange juice, freshly baked bread, croissants and even custard pies! Great scrambled eggs too! And good coffee too, including the option for espresso. And the staff was really nice. And this is the main reason of our positive general evaluation. The location was also great. Especially if your coming to enjoy the beach, surf, windsurf, kitesurf, etc. Excellent for surfers on a budget. There's also a jacuzzi (which we didn't use, but had the option).

The bathroom was not satisfactory at all. It was supposed to be a private bathroom. But it was not "ensuite". It was external to the room, being accessed through a cold corridor. The "privacy" was only granted via "private keys". Completely inadequate from the point of view of privacy. The only ventilation is through the door into the corridor, which worsens even more the privacy issue. The bathroom was uncomfortable, damp and cold. The bathroom furniture is very old, although still reasonably functional and adequate. It was clean, though. The room was also cold and damp, with inadequate ventilation, with a slight mold odor. It was heated by a small electrical oil radiator and there was also a small dehumidifier (that turned out to be useful to help dry our clothes). It was extremely small. Lighting was "artisanal" at best. No adequate facilities to hang or store clothes. The bunk beds were small and uncomfortable. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The pillows were very flimsy.
