"Heel mooi en geweldig verblijf. Zeker de moeite!"

De ligging ligt heel centraal, dicht bij alles. Heel makkelijk om binnen te geraken en proper.

Ze waren aan het schilderen terwijl we hier waren en de geur was soms overheersend.

It was clean, centrally located, modern & had an elevator

Difficult check in , didn’t receive pre check in information , no regular coffee packets ( only decaf & tea), couldn’t get mini split AC to work.

"Nuevo y cómodo en pleno casco"

La ubicación es de 10, en pleno casco viejo, al lado de la Plaza Nueva muy cerca de la boca de metro, las instalaciones nuevas y muy cómodas en general, descanso asegurado.

No hay ni recepción, y para guardar el equuipaje tuve que pagar 6€ extra. Este tipo de servicio debería ser gratuito para los clientes

"Exceptional"

Comfortable and modern room in center of old town. Kettle with coffee and tea in room was perfect for early morning Camino start. Had issue with luggage delivery and the young woman at reception (casual Guera) was excellent! So helpful and kind. After a 32 km day, that kindness was most appreciated. Highly recommend for Camino stay.

"Top locatie Bilbao centrum."

De fantastische ligging midden in het oude centrum van Bilbao. Alles beloopbaar, talloze restaurants en shows onder handbereik. Mooie kamers. Goede service (Sara).

Eigenlijk niets, goed geregeld allemaal.
