Stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of the best BnB I've ever been. The host Kayt was very friendly, accomodating and helpful (she even helped source a special drink to celebrate our anniversary). The room was exactly like the picture. The bed was big and comfortable. The room and the bathroom had everything we needed. There was fresh milk, coffee/tea and some chocolate bars. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. If I am ever in Brecon again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks Kayt for being a gracious host

I received notifications after making the booking that the room and bathroom were cosy and small. Whist it is not a large room, it was absolutely fine for the cost. I almost cancelled, but I'm glad I didn't.

Warm, friendly welcome. Helpful, quick response to any communications. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast. Close to facilities. Own key for access to building. Pleasant garden space (although we didn't use as the weather was less good).

Nothing really, no private parking available - although we always had somewhere to park. Road noise may have been an issue if we'd had the front window open, but not a busy road.

Not one thing

We absolutely loved our stay. The room is kept extremely clean, modern, nicely renovated, spacious and cozy. Good size bathroom as well and heating was on the whole night. The breakfast was really good and the host was attentive and helpful!

there was a bit of road noise but having the windows closed blocked most of the noise. Didn't affect our stay.

Superb breakfasts in one of the nicest bed and breakfast places I have had the pleasure of staying in!

Everything. Great decor, really good breakfast menu imaginative and flavoursome. Bedroom was so comfortable, good bed and pillows, lovely creams and gels. Absolutely excellent and highly recommended.
