КЛОПИ. Вперше в житті спала з клопами і це жахіття, бо укуси не сходять два тижні( Я багато їх вбила, але їх дуже величезна кількість. На жаль була вже ніч, коли я заселялась і лягла спати, якби не це, то змінила би звісно житло. Найгірша ніч в хостелі за 6 місяців подорожі в Азії. Розумію, що номери різні і різні умови, але мій був жахливим. Мене не турбував пацюк який пищав всю ніч, думаю він живе прям в стіні, відсутність кондиціонера (був вентилятор і дуже сильно жарко), відсутність гарячої води і лише один душ на всіх, відстань між верхніми ліжками пару см, які без шторки, закрита брама на замок і щоб вийти після 00:00 треба дзвонити в дзвінок і чекати, щоб відкрили Але клопи … Вперше ставлю таку низьку оцінку, бо вперше спала в таких поганих умовах

I stayed in a 6bed mix room. This was a really bad experience. The room was not clean at all — there was even a mouse in the room. Management said he was very sorry, but that doesn’t change the situation. I didn’t even sleep inside. I slept outside, not just because of the mouse, but also because I had a lot of bed bugs and had to itch constantly. It was unbearable. The room itself was also terrible — way too hot, no air conditioning, no windows, and a very poor smell. It felt uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay there. On top of that, the management wasn’t professionell. He wanted to charge me for early check-in. I explained that I’m fasting because of Ramadan and asked if I could just wait outside in the lobby. At first, when I mentioned that I sometimes arrive earlier and no one had an issue before, he replied, “different country, different rules bro.” This “bro” was really rude and unprofessional. I even replied “bro??” and he didn’t say anything after that. Later, I asked if I could at least wait outside and charge my phone since I was fasting, and he said that was fine — but overall the attitude and service were very disappointing. I saw him putting a fitted sheet on the bed and the room would have been ready. I saw that with my own eyes. He didn’t do anything at all about the room. But mainly, he wanted to charge me extra for it, which is unbelievably rude! In Bali they just trying to get as much money as possible out of tourists rather than providing a basic standard of service or just trying to be professional! I would not recommend staying here at all.
