It was very quiet, modern and clean

Pretty close to the center of the city. Very clean.

Not easy to find. Address is on the main street, reception is on the opposite side of the building (different street). Very sterile room - straight from IKEA - extremely minimalistic.

Quiet, plenty of space, easy access in Burgos

Location was amazing, right by the sights and lovely bars in the square.

Absolutely fine, as expected, that it was basic. We only needed basic for our one night stay. BUT we had three adults in our room plus our dog, staying a walk away from reception building, 4 floors up - no air con is understandable but no fans and the inescapable heat meant none of us slept and were genuinely worried for our dogs well-being. Also, the bathroom door was not able to be opened from the inside due to the faulty door handle, the floors under the bed were filthy. There was one pillow to share between the 2 (couple) and the shared toilet for other rooms was directly next to our room and with the paper thin walls we could hear every toilet visit, shower etc all through the night. It also smelt of sewerage.
