Location was a bit out of the nearest town, but it was fine for me.

No breakfast on terrace possible due to low season, cannot really use the kitchen to cool ourselves, difficult to find the Hotel entry (nö clue why treated like a "secret")

Lovely place with beautiful outdoor setting. The terrasse where they served the breakfast was devine. Also the room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Little bit difficult to find - at least for Google maps. I had lokals who helped and pointed to right location.

Nice host with good communication who allowed us to check in late. Location is in a nice quiet village 15mins away from La Cinta beach and about 20mins from Brandichini beach. Well furnished room with modern bathroom, just be patient with the hot water to arrive. Car park is in a secure gated area within the property premises.

Breakfast could offer more selection.

The ladies running this property wer extremely KIND! They did not speak much English but between our basic Italian and their level of English, we managed just fine. The room was modern and decorated so well! Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked extremely well. The bathroom included a standing shower was was large. The was space in the shower to put out all our toiletries. The water pressure was very good but the hot water varied depending on if there were other people showing in other rooms. The bathroom came equipped with a good blow dryer with a concentrator if you want to straighten your hair. The last time cation of this property is away from the city but it as so quiet and was close to many beautiful beaches with a short drive. The staff was kind enough to provide us with towels and mats for the beach. Th breakfast was spectacular! Provided in the outdoor garden. Rita made us cappuccinos every morning along with paninos with ham, cheese and eggs. Parties, croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt was also provided.

I have NOTHING negative to say about our stay at this property.

Location is very convenient, not right on the beach, but in a quieter hilly area. With a car the few beaches are easily reachable within ~10min, as well as few small towns were eating out. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a small shared kitchen for quick cold meal (I think "real" cooking is not possible, we didn't try it). Also very nice the garden with some surrounding nature and shades. Hosts are welcoming and helpful in giving suggestions.

Breakfast was in general ok. We liked a lot the fresh fruit and omelette options, but besides that the rest was a bunch of low quality supermarket snacks. This could be easily improved with more fresher and local products (Sardegna is full of tasty bakery products, such a pity that we had only options of snacks).
