Adequate house in area partially under construction

A bit out of town Access to house is by door code, no people

Wifi password didn't work. Had to go down 2 floors to use coffee machine. Should provide in room. Requested double bed got 2 twins.

Comfortable, clean, large room with excellent heat, small fridge and a few coffee K-cups to use with the machine downstairs. Close to downtown and Rota Vicentina. Let me check in a bit early. If you need to do this you should call/text Inês ahead of time.

The room was very clean

there was a strong smell of mould in the building and in the room. there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and water was dripping out of it. we had sleep with the window open as the smell was unbreable
