"Poor, service very.never again"

The owner was very rude ,we had to stay in a place which didn't have airconditioning,and smelling cement,cold room,She was so rude in the way ,she even told us if we don't like the place we should cancel it and live, in middle of the night,they put us in a wrong room, which is below than the amount we paid,we fought for 15min to change the room.ayi never again.
