Ridge Guest House

Location was very good.

Network was not function proper in our room, we had to go outside to receive it. Also those guest from Nigeria who came the 2nd night were making a lot of noise & there was more than 10 of them.

Location, its clean the stuff is friendly

There was no water in the area and the facility had backup, couldn’t bath the entire stay or use the toilet

Spacious and clean room.

My initially booked room had a problem with the blinds, I had to change rooms. But all in all the place is good. Coming into the house late was a bit of a challenge, because the main door is locked and I had to wake up the house keeper.

It was a self catering and was great that it was close to the shops and beach. The place is clean and has friendly staff who were available at all times to assist.

The only set back is the traffic on M4 highway behind the house especially midnight to early hours of the morning.

Room was clean

First off, the house keeper who let me in did not make me feel welcomed at all. It felt like I was at the wrong place. When I arrived she asked which room I was in...... how am I supposed to know as I am a new guest? She did not give me any briefing or wifi password. The fridge in my room was super loud and woke me up everytime it did a cycle, eventually had to unplug it. The light in the corridor was left on all night and lights up the entire room due to small window at the top. The bed itself was rock hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I was unaware that the place was shared, maybe I did not read properly on the page itself but that caught me off guard and should have been mentioned (if it was not)
