The guy that was working there at the time he was very much friendly and professional

I booked 3 rooms by the time we arrived at the property the owner came and said because we were no longer 8 people she's going to give us 2 rooms as booking. Com takes long to pay she told me that she already have people that has booked the other room it we didn't enjoy our privacy the were people coming in and out booking 2 hours in the room that I paid for 3 days, and while we're sleeping those people were banging doors to be honest it was not nice visit because all we wanted was a nice stay not what was happening , I felt that I was treated unfair by the owner as she has a contract with booking. Com they way she was talking to me it was like she's doing us a favor because booking. Com doesn't pay on time and also we were not given the remote for the gate every time we had to go out or come in we had to call so that they can open for us it was not safe as well to stand outside waiting for the gate to be opened, we had to share the bathroom with the people that were in and out the whole weekend

The facilities were good.

The owner of the B&B was very rude towards my family.

only the caretaker was good,I can’t say the same thing about the o wet,I made a booking in booking.com but they didn’t know anything about my booking and I phoned the lady in charge after booking,she told she doesn’t check it because they don’t pay her,she was gonna ask me to leave her property if I had pay in booking.com

upon my arrival there was someone booked in one of the rooms that I booked and I had to wait for the person to check out and the room cleaned,mine you I was tired,arrived at 5am I had already told the owner I will arrive anytime during the early hours of the morning

Everything was exceptional and we were treated very well

It's a BNB so you bring your own food. The location is not that far from the city.

For me everything was good

We liked the fact that we came to be picked up to our location, this released us off the anxiety we had of safety since we arrived late.

The manner we were treated was very good We were attended to whenever we needed assistance Facilities were of a high quality
