Lights and Wifi was working during load shedding thx to the backup battery.

Car did not fit through the garage door which only opened half way. Most of the cutlery was old and needs serious attention, some were chirped or crack. The liquid soap in the bathroom was old and did not dispense when pressed.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood with many parks to have a walk. Close to walking trails. spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, off street parking, very pet friendly fully enclosed garden.

the sleeper couch in the living area needs replacing. it was not usable and we had to prop it up with scatter cushions to be able to use it. there were not sufficient drinking glasses nor a hairdryer but they did supply on request.
