• The place was safe and secured. • The husband was friendly and made small talk.

•The lady was rushing somewhere during checking time. Didn’t seem like she was ready to receive anyone. After I phoned her to assist with directions, she said I must hurry because she is leaving. • There was no air-con in the room. • No milk present for the guest in the room, she offered the last bit of milk from the main house.
