Newly renovated room w Pool & BikeParking

The location was perfect - a quiet neighborhood, with markets, restaurants and transportation, very close by. The kitchen was well stocked, spacious, and clean. A great coffee maker with coffee supplied was an unexpected treat. On site laundry facilities and having access to secure bike storage was a major plus. The property had everything I needed for my 5 day stay.

Television didn't work, and was not fixed even after I reported it. The frying pans in kitchen were of poor quality and in need of an upgrade

There is no handle on the door back into the kitchen from the terrace. We were locked out, unintentionally, by another guest.

Parking

Property really small and bathroom absolutely not for renting shower small zinc small and stuck and not in working condition Pillow really bad impossible to sleep Owner doesn’t respond for complaint

The facilities were very good, full kitchen, huge outdoor patio, nice pool. As we had bicycles, there was a secure room with a key to keep our bikes in. There was also free secure private parking on site. 25 minute walk to downtown Girona, 10 minute walk to grocery stores. I would highly recommend this place to bikers as it is close to all the bike routes and is a great place to relax after a 5 hour ride!

The only downside was that our room faced the local playground and so it was a bit noisy, but only until around 930 pm

It was all good.

Lovely location in a quiet residential area. Isaac was there to meet us and show us round. The shared kitchen and terrace are very large and well equipped and the room was clean and comfortable. Secure parking was useful. Although chilly, the pool was a nice added extra after a hot day. It was a reasonable walk to the city centre so for us it was a great location.
